A: As soon as we receive your request.
Q: When can I see my initial logo design?
A: After we receive your payment it will take approximately 5 days before we can present you with the first sample of your logo.
Q: By what mode you would present the logo?
A: We will create a personal web page where we will upload you logo design sample.
Q: If I don’t like initial logo design how many changes I can suggest?
A: Unlimited changes can be applied to your chosen logo design, until you are fully satisfied. You will be presented with six or more completely new logo design variations for your satisfaction.
Q: What if I have my own idea for logodesign?
A: Indicate your logo request to your project coordinator; your requirement will be fully met.
Q: Does your packages include illustrations?
A: Our packages and prices do not include illustrations design
Q: What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
A: There is a big difference between a corporate image and an illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size.
Illustrations are usually a very complicated artwork that looses its quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and recognize.
Q: Do you claim the rights of created logo design?
A: All rights of our logos belong to our customer.
Q: Can you improve upon my existing company logo design?
A: Yes
Q: If I am not satisfied what you present to me can I demand a refund?
A: This will not be possible if you are not satisfied, you can discuss your reservations with our representative.
Q: While designing logo what color format do you provide?
A: Color format use for logo is CMYK and PANTONE colors.
Q: Do you also use RGB colors?
A: We do not suggest using RGB colors as they are not accurate and are best use for websites only.
Q: You claim to provide satisfaction guarantee to your clients, what actually do you mean by it?
A: If you have ordered at least a basic package and you have not utilized your redraws as per package ordered, you are eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, which means we will continue improving your logo till you are fully satisfied without any additional charges, otherwise we will return your payment.
Q: Do you provide services to clients all over the world?
A: There should be no problem at all no matter where you are.
Q: If I am in a different country how can I pay for my logo design(graphic design)?
A: All payments are processed through Credit Cards
Q: By what procedures you will send me my final files?
A: We will e-mail you your final files and you will also be able download your final files.
