‘18 Keys’ to make an Effective Logo Design
Remember, statistics claim that, “An average child can recognize and identify 85 corporate Logos, but only a handful of species of birds. So when designing a logo keeps following “Keys” in mind:-
    * Shape: It must be easily recognizable by its particular shape, which must be in relation to the product.
    * Presence: It must carry a meaning in order to attract the target audience.
    * Bold: It should be conveying all features of the business in totality.
    * Contrast: It should be designed that it has, clear edges, it does not confuse the audience.
    * Simple: Thumb rule is use not more than 1-3 colors.
    * Purposeful: Should be so designed that it clearly addresses the intended audience.
    * Medium Oriented: Keep in mind the medium in which it is to be used, Should preferably be an all purpose.
    * Reveals Image: To create a perception of higher level of the credibility, logo must be able to leave an ever lasting impact.
    * Characters: Must possess the following characters:-
          o Have correct font.
          o Display an image compatible to good taste.
          o Pleasing to eyes.
    * Homogeny: Consistently using the similar elements repeatedly or in the same way, will help people to remember your product.
    * Memorability:  Your client should remember you through logo and when ever they have the need, they think of you only.
    * Momentous: Characteristics of your business are clearly displayed.
    * Unique: Your logo should be different to all other logos in the same business.
    * Professionalism: The designing of logo should display the quality of graphics and the printing.
    * Enduring: Equity in your design must be everlasting. Logo design should be such that it ensures that you don’t have to redesign it after few years.
    * Unison: Your logo gives an impression of a single unit, should not be a jumbling of features.
    * Pertinent: Should be so that it is relevant to its use and purpose.
