As per the package you opted for, you make the necessary
payment. You may process your payment by using Visa, Master
Card, AMEX, Discover or Pay Pal. If you so desire, you can
even send a Cheque or a Money Order. Security of all
financial transactions is guaranteed.
LogoDesignTeam will now contact you, on telephone
or by E mail. You will confirm your order; you will also
answer some questions concerning your project. You may also
discuss and clarify any doubts you have.
STEP 2:
THE TEAM
First of all, we will allot you a web address, which will be
referred as your ‘Account’. This will be your own
private web page.
A senior designer will be detailed with your project;
designated as a Coordinator, he or she will be
dealing directly with you and with all the designers
assigned to your project.
A team of 4/5 highly trained and expert professional
designers will be assigned to your project. Each designer
will work independently to develop your vision of your Logo
design.
Designers working on your project may contact you directly
or through the coordinator, as and when required, for
clarifications, discussion on your vision and to guide and
advise you.
STEP 3:
ORIGINAL LOGO DESIGN CONCEPT
Based on all the information you have provided to us, the
designers will now develop the concept based on what you
want to convey with the logo design.
You won’t wait long-- In Three Business Days;
we will display your initial logo design concept on your
address/account. Their number would depend on the package
you choose.
For you to understand the concept, the designers will always
give a write-up as to why they chose to illustrate a logo
design / graphic design in
a particular way.
You will now choose one out of the displayed logo based on:

Direction given by designer

Use of voting tool to get you friends and colleagues to
vote on which logo they like best and why
-
Your own personal like and dislikes like color
combination, symbols etc.
You may reject all, we will come up with more concepts for
you to approve.
STEP 4: REVISIONS
Once you
make your decision and choose the ONE you find closer to
your own concept and vision, we will now start making
improvements. This means the chosen logo design requires changes
and improvement.
Write a Revision Brief for your designer to
understand what is in your mind. Our designer will now apply
their expertise to your vision.
To help your designer to portray your vision as best as
possible. Please be very specific on your comments.
You may explain what you want directly to the coordinator of
your project or to any one of our designers, on phone or in
a meeting.
We will indicate on your account, the day/date and time of
display of the revised design based on your revision brief.
It may be 2/3 business days, the maximum.
Remember, number of revision will be according to the
package (some packages have unlimited revisions. Our
experience shows the maximum of two revisions are required
to prepare the logo design / graphic design as per your vision.
Don't worry - however long it may take you will always
find us attentive and willing.
You can take your time viewing the Revisions, The Design --
there is No Time Limit on any package ---Unlimited
revisions/changes apply to
Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.
STEP 5:
THE FINALE
All necessary required and desired changes have been
incorporated. You are fully satisfied. You will give us the
final ‘Thumbs-Up’. Your Logo Design has been
finalized and approved by you. Congratulations. We
will deliver to you ‘A LOGO DESIGN KIT’, which will contain
the following:-
